With the cost of digital post production dropping annually, the digital intermediate process opens up dramatic possibilities for the independent filmmaker. An efficiently executed DI can give a filmmaker a world of new options, especially with regard to visual effects, color correction and post production workflow. It offers a level of control unavailable in the traditional process and a true preview of what the film will look like when its screened. Our goal is to provide our clients with a solid platform from which to efficiently execute a DI while remaining very conscious of the project's budget and schedule. Utilizing strategic partnerships in the post-production community, Identity Studios offers a complete Digital Intermediate solution, including total-support post supervision, Digital Production Management, SD-2K telecine, 2K/4K film scanning, VFX, final color grading and on-line finishing - including Stereo 3D.
